Do you test your websites on lots of browsers before your launch? If so, do you test for Linux?
I try to test on as many different systems and browsers as i can. I offer full support on all the most widely used browsers, and just recently dropped support for IE6. I do test in this browser, but if IE6 bugs are causing major functional issues, additional charges for troubleshooting is required. I do have an Ubuntu machine and routinely check all my sites in that version of Linux.
