If you had to give a ratio, for every good client you have, how many are problem clients. Mine is about 4 to 1. For every 4 good clients, I get a bad one.
since i’ve been doing cmd+shift design. I would only classify ONE of my clients as a “nightmare client” - so that like 1 in 40… i get a lot of red flag emails though, and try to weed those people out before they ever become a client.
